Icicle Jr and OC

Sorry for being away for too long. I was stressed but now I'm better I started this base while I was stress but I stopped mid-way as I wasn't in the mood and now i finish yesterday (Saturday). I wanted to put a background to make it at least good but it didn't work out as I plan it.

I know I said I wasn't going to do Cannon and OC Bases anymore but I guess it's want to be part in my new account.
